Men's Ministry
Dick Sutphin, has a heart for the family and seeks to strengthen it by building godly men of the community.
Our men's ministry is known as "Salt & Light".
Both salt and light have a direct influence with whatever it comes in contact with. We believe that men should be the first fruits of the family, unto godliness. Through accountability to one another the men in the ministry keep each other in check. The way this is accomplished is much like promise keepers. Every other week we have meetings outside the church mostly to reinforce one another. Each year we have a state men's retreat and a district retreat for a time of refreshing. Anyone can come!
As an outreach the men in this fellowship seek to restore holiness and righteousness into the community by example. Some ways we are Christ hand is helping hands ministry. Where we do community action projects: for schools, elderly, single moms. Prayer and study of God's word is the core center of the ministry.
